Mother of 3, Childbirth Educator,

Birth & Postpartum Doula

My background as a registered nurse in both critical care and medical oncology largely involved walking alongside patients facing the end of life. These experiences sparked a deep passion in me to see that individuals are given a chance at the healthiest possible life - from the very start.

This led me to complete
Birth and Postpartum Doula Training through DONA International, as well as Lamaze Childbirth Educator training, so I could better support families from pre-conception all the way through the “fourth trimester” of postpartum. I believe these professional experiences, along with my personal journey as a mother of three—with births in both hospital and freestanding birth center settings—have uniquely equipped me to support families during the most vulnerable and powerful moments of becoming a parent. It's my honor to be part of your unfolding birth journey!

A Missouri native, my husband and I lived in several Midwestern cities before putting down roots on the family farm where he was raised. I am enamored by the earthiness of birth, whether it's a human's or a heifer's. I love slow mornings with my people, making nourishing foods and home goods with my hands, and reading about the juncture of bodies and souls under a giant quilt.
